possible action to place on the BET Watch List $82,558.35 to the District Attorney s
Office to fully fund the actual cost of providing four (4) Assistant District
Attorney positions together with three (3) support staff positions, one (1) Law
Clerk, and one (1) document control clerk to render civil legal services to the
officers and employee of Oklahoma County.
11. Discussion and
possible action to recommend to the Budget Board to transfer $82,558.35 from the General
Fund Reserve to General Government for payment to the District Attorney s Counsel for the
benefit of the Oklahoma County District Attorney s Office to fully fund the
cost of providing four (4) Assistant District Attorney positions together with
three (3) support staff positions, one (1) Law Clerk, and one (1) document
control clerk to render legal services to the officers and employees of
Oklahoma County.

Supplemental Appropriation Amending the Oklahoma County General Fund Budget
the fiscal year 2016-17. Total Budget
Supplemental in the amount of $1,645,285.

Oklahoma County Budget Evaluation Team regarding the FY16/17 Supplemental
Appropriation.

General Fund Reserve to the Oklahoma County Court Clerk s General Fund Budget
for salaries and benefits.
